Pre-Requisites : 100311002

This course is designed for nursing students. It starts with basic introduction to chemistry such as units and prefixes, unit conversion, and the properties of matter. After that, it combines concepts of stoichiometry, reactions in aqueous solutions, chemical analysis, and titration. Then, it moves on to acid-base equilibrium in aqueous solution, properties of the periodic table, and naming compounds. Finally, this course ends with quantum theory which leads to the determination of electron configurations of elements.
